摘要
用CFX软件建立了热风炉蓄热室温度场计算的简化模型,对格砖蓄热过程建模仿真,获得热风炉烟气及格砖温度随时间的变化规律。通过对不同烧炉方式的模拟结果进行分析比较,得到最优的烧炉方式,为热风炉烧炉操作提供指导。
A simple mathematical model for calculation of the temperature field in regenerator of the Hot Air stove is established based on the CFX software,and process of heat charge and discharge in regenerator is numerical simulated in order to obtain the temperature distribution changes with time in air and checkers.Based on the analysis and comparison of the simulation results of different combustion methods,it can get the optimal combustion method and provide guidance for the combustion operation of the Hot Air stove.
