循证药学在药剂不良反应方面的临床影响效果研究

Study on the clinical effect of evidence-based medicine in adverse drug reactions

目的对循证药学在药剂不良反应方面的临床影响效果进行探讨。方法选取本院收治的60例患者作为本次的研究对象,回顾性分析其临床资料,将其分为对照组(30例)、研究组(30例),收治时间2015年2月~2016年1月,对照组依据常规的药学信息咨询予以治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上行循证药学治疗,并将两组患者经相应治疗方案干预的治疗有效率、不良反应发生情况及患者满意度进行对比。结果研究组患者经循证药学干预的治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率为6.67%,低于对照组(P<0.05),用药满意度为100.00%,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证药学在药剂不良反应方面的临床影响效果显著,可提高药物作用的临床效果,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的用药满意度,值得在临床中推广实施。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of evidence-based pharmacy in adverse drug reactions. Methods Sixty patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects. The clinical data was retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group（n=30）, study group（n= 30） and treatment time from February 2015 to January2016, the control group was treated according to routine pharmacy information consultation. The research group was treated by evidence-based medicine on the basis of the control group, and the treatment efficiency and adverse reactions of the two groups were intervened by the corresponding treatment plan Situation and patient satisfaction were compared. Results The study showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%, lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05） Satisfaction was 100.00%, higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of evidence-based pharmacy on adverse drug reactions is significant, which can improve the clinical effect of drug effect, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the patient＇s drug satisfaction, which is worth to be popularized in clinical practice.
