摘要
为验证某汽车尾门是否满足性能要求,利用Hypermesh建立该尾门有限元模型,基于Optistruct求解其模态阵型及固有频率,对在激励作用下最有可能发生共振的薄弱环节进行结构优化,对优化后的结构进行强度、刚度及模态分析,结果表明,优化的结构性能满足要求。
In order to verify whether a car's tailgate meets the performance requirements,this paper uses Hypermesh to establish a finite element model of the tailgate. Based on Optistruct,it solves its modal formation and natural frequency,optimizes the weak links that are most likely to resonate under excitation,The strength,stiffness and modal analysis of the optimized structure show that the optimized structural performance meets the requirements.
