摘要
学前教育是终身学习的开端,是国民教育体系的重要组成部分,是重要的社会公益事业。发展好学前教育,不仅关系到亿万儿童的健康成长,还关系到国家和民族的未来。文章通过对遵义市正安县域内不同性质幼儿园教育的现状进行调研后,发现公办幼儿园和民办幼儿园在经费投入、师资队伍、教育教学、办园条件、发展规模、管理监督等方面存在差异。深入分析其原因主要有:经费投入不够"多";教师队伍不够"齐";教师观念不够"新";管理体制不够"全"。因此,提出增加教育投入、加强队伍建设、完善管理体制、提高保教质量等措施,以期促进各类幼儿园的健康和谐发展。
Pre-school education, the start of life-long learning as well an integrated part of national educational system, is an important social good cause. Developing pre-school education concerns not only the growth of kids, but the future of our country and our nation.After a survey of the kindergartens of different kinds within Zhengan county of Zunyi, we find that there exist many discrepancies between public kindergartens and private ones, such as government spending, teaching staff, teaching, falicities, etc. After an in-depth study, we find the reasons leading to the difference are in the following: the spending is not "enough"; the quality of the teaching staff is different; the teaching concept is not new; and the management system is not "perfect". Therefore, corresponding countermeasures against the maladies mentioned above are of necessity.
