摘要
目的探究黑龙江省哈尔滨市住院医师规范化培训学员心理压力及影响因素,以便针对性提供心理干预。方法采用一般情况问卷、心理压力因素问卷、一般自我效能感量表,对哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院规范化培训住院医师展开调查,分别测评住培医师的一般情况、心理压力情况、自我效能感水平。结果共发放270份问卷,收回有效问卷252份,有效率93.3%,心理问题检出率24.2%。多元逐步回归分析显示,学员心理问题与身份类型、周工作时间、成就感因素相关。结论住院医师规培学员心理问题突出,主要原因在于其正处于临床医师转型发展阶段,对此应积极采取相关措施改善学员心理现状。
Objective To explore the psychological pressure and influencing factors of resident standardized training students in order to provide psychological intervention. Methods The general situation questionnaire,the psychological stress factor questionnaire and the general self-efficacy scale were used to investigate the standardized training residency of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University. The general situation, psychological pressure and self-efficacy level of the physicians were evaluated respectively. Results A total of 270 questionnaires were distributed, 252 valid questionnaires were collected, the effective rate was 93.3%, and the detection rate of psychological problems was 24.2%.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that students' psychological problems were related to identity type, weekly working hours and achievement factors. Conclusion The main reason for the prominent psychological problems of residents is that they are in the stage of transition and development of clinicians, and the relevant measures should be taken to improve the psychological status of the students.
