摘要
小水线面双体船是典型的短而宽船型,受横弯及扭转载荷影响显著.采用模型试验法对弯扭组合载荷作用下小水线面双体船的极限强度进行了研究.针对小水线面双体船结构特性,按照畸变相似理论设计了钢质模型,进行了非线性有限元计算,对模型弯扭极限强度进行初步评估,参考非线性有限元计算结果并考虑实验实际情况,确定弯扭组合加载方式及试验测量方案,最后进行钢质模型结构逐次崩溃试验,获得其极限承载能力及逐次崩溃行为,并与数值计算结果进行对比分析.
SWATH(Small Waterplane Area Twin Hull),with the ship type of short and wide,is subjected to transverse bending moment and torsional moment mainly.The ultimate strength experiment research of SWATH under combined transverse bending moment and torsional moments was conducted by model test method.The metallic model was designed concerning the structural behavior of SWATH based on the distorted similarity theory.The ultimate strength of test model was calculated preliminarily through the nonlinear finite element method.According to the numerical results and the actual situation,the procedure of collapse test under combined bending moment and torsional moments was conducted.Subsequently,the ultimate strength and progressive collapse characteristics of SWATH were analyzed after the model test.In addition,the test results were compared with the results of numerical calculation.
