Research Progress of Polyethylene Glycol in Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparation

目的对聚乙二醇在中药制剂中的应用研究进展进行综述。方法查阅国内外文献,汇总近十几年聚乙二醇在中药制剂中的应用。结果聚乙二醇被用于软胶囊剂、注射剂、栓剂、片剂、软膏剂、滴丸剂、巴布剂等多种中药制剂中,应用广泛,作用优良。结论重要水溶性药用辅料聚乙二醇涉及各类中药制剂的制备,可安全、有效地提高中药制剂的质量。

Objective To review the research progress of polyethylene glycol in the application of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）preparations. Methods The application of polyethylene glycol in TCM preparation in the past ten years was summarized by consulting the literature at home and abroad. Results Polyethylene glycol was used in different dosage forms, such as soft capsule,injection, suppository, tablet, ointment, dripping pill, cataplasm and so on. It was widely used and had good effect. Conclusion Polyethylene glycol is an important water-soluble pharmaceutical excipients that involved in the preparation of various TCM preparations,which can improve the quality of TCM preparations safely and effectively.
