外耳道胆脂瘤的临床特点与手术方式的选择

Clinical Characteristics and Treatment of External Auditory Canal Cholesteatoma

目的探讨外耳道胆脂瘤的临床特点、手术方式的选择。方法回顾性分析经手术治疗的32例外耳道胆脂瘤患者临床资料。结果按照Shin的分型方法给予分型并选择合适的手术方式。所有患者随访半年以上,术后效果好,胆脂瘤复发率低。结论外耳道胆脂瘤可以造成广泛破坏,根据病变范围选择合适的手术方式,是彻底清除外耳道胆脂瘤、提高听力及减少复发的有效方法。

Objective To report clinical characteristics and treatment of external auditory canal cholesteatoma （EACC）. Methods Thirty two cases of EACC that were surgically treated were retrospectively analyzed in this study. Results Surgical methods were chosen based on the Shin classification. All patients were followed up for more than half a year. The postoperative outcomes were satisfactory with low rate of cholesteatoma recurrence. Conclusion External auditory canal cholesteatoma can cause extensive destruction of the temporal bone and the surgical treatment meth-od of choice depends on the extent of the lesion. Complete removal of the external auditory canal cholesteatoma lesion is the effective way to improve hearing and prevent recurrence of cholesteatoma.
