中医药治疗人工流产后月经过少研究进展

Research Progress of TCM Treatment for Hypomenorrhea Caused by Induced Abortion

人工流产后月经过少是人工流产常见远期并发症之一,可发展为不孕症、闭经,严重影响女性的身心健康。结合近年来有关中医复方及外治法治疗人工流产后月经过少的临床研究成果,从病机及治疗方面进行综述,结果肾虚、血瘀、肝郁为本病的常见病机,具体治疗以辨证论治、按照月经四期论治以及三补一攻法为主,结合中医外治法如针灸、外敷等亦见显著疗效。

Hypomenorrhea is one of the common and long-term complications of induced abortion,which can be developed into infertility and amenorrhea,seriously affecting women ＇s physical and mental health. This study reviewed the pathogenesis and relative treatments of this kind of disease based on related research progress of compound TCM formulas and external therapies. Deficiency of the Kidney,blood stasis,and stagnation of Liver-qi are the common pathogenesis of this disease. The treatment is determined according to syndrome differentiation and menstrual cycle; methods of three reinforcing and one reducing are applied combined with TCM external therapy,such as acupuncture and herbal application,which has achieved remarkable curative effect.
