红色历史文化名镇保护规划探析——以江西省排埠镇为例

The Protection Planning of the Famous Red Historical and Cultural Town:Taking Paibu Town of Jiangxi Province as an Example

红色文化遗产是我国历史文化遗产的重要组成部分,是中华民族近代文明的结晶和共同的财富,具有十分重要的经济价值、革命历史价值和审美价值。该文综合分析了排埠镇的保护现状及其存在问题,通过对其历史文化价值进行评估以及历史建筑的质量评定,阐述了城镇历史遗存分级保护的规划思想,并根据保护框架,系统探讨了核心保护区、建设控制地带和风貌协调区的规划控制要求。

Red cultural heritage is an important part of Chinese historical and cultural heritage. It is the crystallization of modern civilization and common wealth of Chinese nation. It has very important economic value and the revolutionary historical value, as well as the aesthetic value. We analyze the present situation and the existing problems of Paibu town. Through the evaluation of historical and cultural value and the assessment of historical construction grades, according to the ancient town, we expound a planning thought of relic＇s protecting classification. Under the framework of the protection, we systematically discuss the core area of control requirements, the control zone of construction and the area of landscape coordination.
