摘要
以电气化铁路牵引负荷产生的负序电能作为研究对象,以改善电能计量方式为研究目的,首先分析了负序电能产生的原因,研究了不平衡负载对电力系统产生的影响;然后讨论有功功率电能计量方式存在的问题,建议设置基于奖惩机制的正序有功电能计量方式;最后搭建了牵引网及恒功率牵引负荷模型。仿真结果表明对称负荷吸收负序电能降低电网不平衡度,不对称负荷释放负序电能并增加了电网的不平衡度,验证了正序有功功率计量方式更合理。
In this paper,the negative-sequence electric energy generated in the electrified railway traction load is adopted as a research object to improve electric energy metering.First,the cause of negative-sequence electric energy is analyzed,and the influence of unbalanced load on power system is studied.Then,the problems in active power electricenergy metering are discussed,and the concept of positive-sequence active power electric energy metering based on anincentive mechanism is proposed.Finally,a model of traction network with constant power traction load is established.Simulation results show that the symmetrical load can absorb the negative-sequence electric energy,resulting in the de-crease of the imbalance degree of power system;meanwhile,the unsymmetrical load releases the negative-sequenceelectric energy,which causes the increase of the imbalance degree. The above results verify that the positive-sequenceactive power metering is more reasonable.
