膀胱容量对孕足月胎盘下缘与宫颈内口距离的影响

Effect of Bladder Volume on the Distance between the Lower Edge of Placenta and the Mouth of the Cervix during Pregnancy

目的:探讨膀胱容量对测量孕足月胎盘下缘与宫颈内口距离的影响。方法:选取2016年2月-2017年9月科室收治的正常单胎妊娠孕妇180例,孕妇根据膀胱容量分为三个阶段。根据胎盘覆盖区域将其分为前壁、后壁与侧壁三种类型,均采用经腹超声进行检查。结果:0-50m L阶段膀胱容量下前壁、后壁及侧壁下缘与宫颈内口距离,均大于50-150m L阶段和150-250m L阶段(P<0.05);50-150m L阶段膀胱容量下前壁、后壁及侧壁下缘与宫颈内口距离,大于150-250m L阶段(P<0.05)。结论:膀胱容量会对孕足月胎盘下缘与宫颈内口距离产生明显的影响。

Objective： To investigate the effect of bladder volume on the measurement of the distance between the lower edge of placenta and the mouth of the cervix during pregnancy. Methods：180 pregnant women who went to the hospital from February 2016 to September 2017 were selected as samples and categorized into three phases according to the bladder capacity. The samples can also be divided into front wall, back wall and side wall according to the placenta coverage area. All samples were examined using abdominal ultrasound method. Results： The smaller the bladder capacity is, the longer distance is. If the bladder capacity ranges from 0 to 50 m L, the distance is greater than those of pregnant samples whose capacities fall in the group of 50-150 m L and 150-250 m L, respectively（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Bladder volume will have a significant effect on the distance between the lower edge of the placenta and the internal mouth of the cervix.
