浅析精细化控制理念在硫磺回收装置的应用

介绍了中国石化上海高桥石油化工股份有限公司4#硫磺装置在成熟的常规硫磺工艺设计情况下,运用精细化控制理念,合理利用在线分析仪表数据作为参考,优化操作条件,细化操作行为,从而提高装置运行的平稳率和硫回收率。在降低运行成本的同时,确保装置排放控制在超低排放标准的范围内。

This paper briefly introduces the 4# sulphur unit is located in Sinopec Shanghai Gaoqiao petrochemical Co., Ltd and adopts mature and routine process technology. In this paper, according to online analysis data of 4# sulphur unit, this paper introduces how to increase the unit stabilization ratio and sulphur recovery ratio by using accurate control concept, optimizing operating conditions and refining the operating procedures. Through these measurements, the cost of the unit is reduced, meanwhile, the unit discharge is controlled in the limit of the ultra-low emission.
