影响宽厚板成材率的因素及改进措施

摘要 按照宽厚板生产工序阐述了宽厚板成材率的组成,具体分析了MES系统计算理论成材率、计划成材率、实际成材率的影响因素。结果表明:通过采用合理的钢坯尺寸计算公式、优化铸坯尺寸进位、降低烧损、负公差轧制、提高剪切精度、大板头降级改判以及降低废品率等措施,可以提高钢板的成材率。 The article describes the components of wide and heavy plate yield rate in the order of production procedures,makes detail analysis on the influencing factors of MES system theoretic yield rate,planned yield rate and actual yield rate. The results show that the yield rate of steel plate can be improved by using rational slab dimension calculating formula,optimizing slab dimension carry,reducing burning loss,minus tolerance rolling,improving cutting accuracy,downgrading and judgement changing of large crops,lowering rejection rate.
