摘要
科研自我效能感是科研人员对自身科研能力的信念,可为科研创新能力提升提供一种内生路径。从概念出发,探讨了科研自我效能感对规范科研行为、激发科研动机和优化科研管理的作用机制,并提出科研效能感制度化应用的问题与策略。
Research self-efficacy(RSE)refers to the degree to which individuals are confident in performing research tasks,which can be applied as an endogenetic path for research ability enhancement.The paper starts with the brief analysis of the concept and construct,and explores the mechanism of RSE for research behavior regulation,research motivation inspiration and research management optimization.Finally,problems and strategies for the institutionalized application of RSE are given.
