摘要
针对工业机器人上关节RV减速器的关键零部件——偏心轴轴径的在线测量问题,提出了一种基于光幕传感器的偏心轴轴径测量方法,并研制了相应的测量系统。设计了一种基于双光幕传感器的错位式组合光幕传感器测量单元,提出了一种基于错位式组合光幕传感器测量单元的双光幕组合边缘扫描测量法,实现了多规格偏心轴轴径的自动化测量流程。其测量节拍〈50 s,实现了生产线上偏心轴轴径的在线快速测量。对测量系统的主要误差源进行分析,并完成了相应的误差建模以及误差补偿。实验结果表明,该方法测量精度较高,满足生产线上使用。将测量装置的测量结果与计量室中光学计的测量结果进行对比验证,重复性测量误差≤0.8μm,测量结果准确可靠。
To implement the online measurement of eccentric shaft diameter of industrial robot joint RV reducer,one kind of method based on two light screen sensors was proposed. The corresponding automatic measurement system was also developed. A dislocatedcombined multi-light-screen measurement unit was designed. The two-light-screen edge scanning method was proposed to achieve automatic measurement of multi-standards eccentric shafts. The measurement beat was less than 50 s,which can meet the requirement of rapid online measurement in the production line. In addition,the error sources of the measurement system were analyzed. Error modeling and compensation were completed. Experimental results show that the method was of high accuracy and can meet the utilization of production line. The repeatability measurement error was less than or equal to 0. 8 μm by comparing with the optimeter. It was indicatedthat the measurement results were accurate and reliable.
