摘要
针对桥梁浅覆盖层河床深层高强度嵌岩桩施工成孔难度大的问题,以怀阳高速上西江特大桥主墩桩基础为依托,分析了桩基施工平台的设计,并对高强度嵌岩桩工艺进行了优化,从而对施工钻井设备的选择和工艺进行改进,最后,对旋挖钻机在浅覆盖层深嵌岩桩的成功应用进行具体的探讨。
Aiming at the drilling difficulty in the construction of the deep high-strength rock socketed pile in the shallow overburden riverbed of bridge, and relying on the main pier pile foundation of Xijiang River Bridge in Huaiyang Expressway, the article analyzes the design of construction platform of pile foundation,and introduces the optimization of the high-strength rock socketed pile technology so as to improve the selection and technology of construction drilling equipment, and finally discusses the successful application of rotary drilling rig in the shallow overburden deep rock socketed pile in detail.
