“北斗+”新形态下融合创新型测绘人才培养的几点思考

Some reflections on Integrating Innovation Talent Training for Geomatics Engineering under the New Background of “Bei Dou plus”

本文结合国家战略与行业对导航与位置服务应用人才的需求,分析了传统测绘人才培养中存在的问题,从学科发展前瞻性、多学科交叉等方面探讨了"北斗+"新形态下测绘人才培养改革的需要关注的几个问题,对全方位、针对性测绘人才培养具有一定的借鉴意义。

Combined with the needs of national strategy and industry development for navigation and location service application talents, this paper analyzed the problems existing in training program of the geomatics engineering. In view of the discipline development and subject cross, we discussed several issues that need attention in the training of geomatics engineering under the new background of ＂Bei Dou plus＂. It has certain reference value for omnidirectional and targeted training of surveying and mapping talents.
