摘要
主要从原理上介绍消泡与防泡两种概念,这两种概念有相似之处,在现场使用时有时不会细分,但究其根本还是有明显的不同。针对防泡反应,结合对多位学者文献的研究,总结出三种防泡机理。对应防泡反应的机理以及室内实验现象,分析了一些对于防泡反应的可能的影响因素,包括假乳化膜的作用,防泡剂的浸入深度和位置等防泡效果的影响。结合相关一些文献和实验研究,提出了一些关于防泡反应的看法和思路,其中关于最优消泡剂分散量这一思路的研究,值得后续的调研和分析。
The two concepts of defoaming and anti-foaming were introduced from their principles. The two concepts have similarities, sometimes they are not subdivided in the field application, but there are still obvious differences between them. Aiming at the anti-foaming reaction, combined with the research of many literatures, three kinds of anti-foaming mechanisms were summed up. Based on corresponding mechanism of anti-foaming reaction and indoor experiment phenomena, some possible influence factors for the anti-foaming reaction were analyzed, including pseudo emulsion film, the role of anti-foaming agent. Combined with some related literatures and experimental researches, some ideas about anti-foaming reaction were put forward.
