摘要
面向航天器结构件生产线的布局优化,提出了针对生产线布局和物流路径的优化方法,并建立了离散系统仿真建模的一般性方法。采用CAD软件和3维物流仿真软件对航天器结构件制造系统进行物流和工艺流程进行建模和仿真。该方法有助于制造型企业设计新生产线布局和进行原有布局的优化。
In order to optimize the layout of spacecraft production plant,this paper applied CAD software and 3 D logistics simulation software to model,simulate and optimize the logistic and production line of a spacecraft structural parts manufacturing system. An optimization method of production line layout and logistic path was presented and an overall framework of modeling and simulation for a discrete system was proposed. The proposed digital factory-based approach can help industry companies to design new production lines and optimize their origin layouts.
