流动树脂联合排龈整层充填修复楔状缺损的临床试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的:评价流动树脂联合排龈整层充填与通用复合树脂修复楔状缺损的临床应用效果。方法:选择楔状缺损患者60例(180颗患牙),采用自身对照设计,将每个患者的3颗楔状缺损牙齿随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组。其中Ⅰ组使用SureFil SDR流动树脂;Ⅱ组使用FiltekTM Z350通用复合树脂;Ⅲ组使用FiltekTM Z350流动树脂+通用复合树脂,采用美国公共卫生署直接临床评价系统(USPHS)评估修复后2年内的疗效。结果:3组患牙填充修复后2年内的术后敏感、充填体脱落情况无统计学差异(P>0.05),且Ⅲ组无充填体脱落情况发生。Ⅲ组在边缘着色、边缘密合性、继发龋、表面形态方面处于A级的修复体数量较Ⅰ、Ⅱ组多。结论:流动树脂联合排龈整层充填与通用复合树脂修复楔状缺损均可获得较好的临床疗效,然而流动树脂衬层后再行复合树脂充填修复效果更好。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of gingival retraction combined with bulk fill flowable composites and composite resin in wedge-shaped defect.Methods:Sixty patients(180 lesion teeth)with wedge-shaped defect were selected.Three cervical lesion teeth of each patient were randomly divided into three groups:group Ⅰ was treated with SureFil SDR flowable composites,group Ⅱ was treated with composite resin,group Ⅲ was treated with flowable composite resin as a liner and then composite resin filling.The patients were followed up for 2 years.The clinical effect were evaluated by modified USPHS criteria.Results:There were no significant differences in sensitivity evaluation,material loss after filling within two years between the three groups(P〉0.05),and no obturator shedding occurred.The marginal discolor,marginal adaptation,secondary caries and surface texture at stage A in group Ⅲ were more than group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ.Conclusion:Gingival retraction combined with bulk fill flowable compositesand composite resin show similar clinical performances in the restoration of cervical lesion,but fillingthe composite resin on the basis of flowable resin lining has a greater effect.
