摘要
设置泥炭土、水稻田土、钙镁磷肥不同配比的5种基质,开展青冈栎容器育苗基质筛选试验。结果表明:青冈栎容器育苗最佳基质为泥炭土∶水稻田土∶钙镁磷肥=50∶45∶5;在此种基质上生长的青冈栎幼苗成活率最高,达到了97%;该基质中生长的青冈栎幼苗的平均苗高、平均地径与其它4种基质中的有极显著差异,其苗高达73.2 cm,高出总平均值31%;地径达8.0 mm,高出总平均值19%,富根壮苗效果明显。
The screening test for container seedlings substrate of Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedling was based on 5 different formula of matrix,which selection of peat soil,paddy soil and fertilizer 3 different culture matrix. The result showed that the optimum formula of matrix was(peat soil∶ paddy soil∶ fertilizer = 50∶ 45∶ 5); The survival rate of C. glauca seedlings was optimum on this matrix to reached 97%. There were highly significant differences in average seedling height and ground diameter between this matrix and the others. The C. glauca container seedling that growth on the optimum matrix,seedling height reach 73. 2 cm and ground diameter reach 8. 0 mm which are 31%higher than the average seedling height,and 19% higher than the average ground diameter.
