摘要
通过对盘条表面裂纹的追溯,调查分析连铸坯裂纹影响因素化学成分、钢水过热度、拉速、二次冷却及结晶器装配等,针对查出的问题采取对应措施,实现产品质量的改善。
Through the tracing of the surface crack of the wire rod, the chemical composition of the factors affecting the crack of the continuous casting billet, the overheat of the molten steel, the speed of drawing, the secondary cooling and the assembly of the crystallizer are investigated and analyzed. The corresponding measures are taken to improve the quality of the product.
