摘要
本研究通过CMC-Na培养基分离纯化,从青贮饲料中分离得到六株纤维素降解细菌,并对其进行了形态特征观察和16S r DNA序列分析。结果表明:菌株Gs3、Gs7、Gs9、Gs10和Gs12均属于乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus),菌株Gs11-2属于醋菌属(Acetobacter)。酶活测定结果显示,菌株Gs9的相对酶活较高,为61.70 IU,是一株具有应用于青贮饲料微生物制剂开发潜力的菌株。
In this study,six cellulose-degrading bacteria were isolated from the silage through CMC-Na media,and the morphological characteristics and the 16 S r DNA sequence analysis were carried out.The results showed that the strains Gs7,Gs9,Gs10 and Gs12 belong to Lactobacillus and the strain Gs11-2 belongs to Acetobacter,respectively.The results of enzyme activity showed that the relative enzyme activity of the strain Gs9 was relatively high,reaching 61.70 IU,which was a strain that has the potential to be used in the development of silage microbial agents.
