摘要
介绍了直线搭接和有角度搭接两种不同的搭接方式,分析了破坏托辊的原因并给出其相应的改进措施,对托辊进行了强度校核。现场实验表明:改进后提高了托辊的缓冲性能以及承载能力托辊损坏率大大降低,皮带运输机的运输效率大大提高。
This paper introduces two different lapping modes: linear lap and angular lap. This paper analyzes on the reason of lapping mode to destroy the idler roller and gives the corresponding improvement measures. The strength check of the idler roller is carried out and the buffer performance. Field experiments show that the improved roller damage rate is greatly reduced, and the transport efficiency of belt conveyor is greatly improved.
