产后综合护理对妊娠合并糖尿病产妇的效果

Effect of Postpartum Comprehensive Nursing on Pregnant Women With Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察对妊娠合并糖尿病产妇采取产后综合护理的应用成效。方法本次的60例研究对象均选自本院2016年12月—2018年1月接收的妊娠合并糖尿病产妇,将其按照不同护理方式分为对照组和观察组,各组30例。对照组采取普通护理模式,观察组采取产后综合护理模式,观察两组患者的哺乳状况和身体康复状。结果观察组产妇的住院时间、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、泌乳始动时间和泌乳量等指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠合并糖尿病患者采取产后综合护理模式,可有效改善产妇的身体康复状况和哺乳状况。

Objective To observe the application of postpartum comprehensive nursing on pregnancy with diabetes maternal. Methods 60 cases of pregnancy with diabetes were selected from our hospital from December 2016 to January 2018 women, the according to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. Control group was given ordinary nursing mode, the observation group was given comprehensive nursing mode, postpartum rehabilitation and patients condition was compared. Results In observation group, maternal hospitalization time, fasting blood sugar, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, lactation indices and amount of lactation were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive postpartum care model in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can effectively improve maternal physical rehabilitation and lactation conditions.
