管道焊接激光视觉系统的红外测温实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 焊接温度场对于管道焊接机器人的视觉系统能否正常运行有重要影响,因此,有必要测量焊接熔融区域的温度分布场,为确定相机的工作距离提供依据。根据红外热像仪的测温原理,通过比较视觉传感器处于不同高度时的温度分布场,得出了相机的最佳安装高度范围。在焊接实验中,每次将相机下降10mm记录温度场分布。实验结果表明:相机的最佳工作距离为115mm^165mm,在此范围内能保证视觉传感器获取图像的质量和相机寿命。 Welding temperature field has considerable effect on the normal operating of the visual system of pipeling welding robots.In this case,it is necessary to measure the temperature distribution field of welding fusion areas in order to provide reference for confirming the working distance of cameras.According to the temperature detecting principle of thermal infrared imager,comparing the temperature distribution field of vision sensors in different altitudes,the optimal installation altitude range was obtained.In the welding experiment,the temperature field was recorded when the camera dropped every 10 mm.The experimental result indicated that the best operating distance range of cameras would be 115 mm to 165 mm,which would ensure the quality of images caught by vision sensors and the operation life of vision sensors.
