血清胱抑素C、血清β_2-微球蛋白、全血超敏C反应蛋白联合检测高血压早期肾损害的临床价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)、血清β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-MG)、全血超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)联合检测高血压早期肾损害的临床价值。方法随机选取我院2015年7月至2016年6月121例高血压早期肾损害患者及同期100例门诊体检中心健康体检者,分别为观察组和对照组,并检测Cys-C、血清β_2-MG、全血hs-CRP水平,进行分析讨论。结果观察组的Cys-C、血清β_2-MG、全血hs-CRP水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。三项指标联合检测高血压肾损害的阳性率为95.87%,显著高于各单项检测(P<0.05)。三者联合诊断高血压早期肾损害的灵敏度、特异度、诊断符合率均明显高于单项检测(P<0.05)。结论 Cys-C、血清β_2-MG、全血hs-CRP均可作为高血压早期肾损害的生物标志物,三者联合检测诊断高血压早期肾损害有极高的临床价值。 Objective To explore the clinical value of Cys-C, serum β2-MG and blood hs-CRP in early renal damage in hypertension. Methods One hundred and twenty-one cases of hypertension patients with early renal damage and 100 cases of outpatient medical examination center in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 were enrolled into obervation group and control group respectively. All the cases were measured Cys-C, serum β2-MG and blood hs-CRP, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The levels of Cys-C, serum β2-MG and blood hs-CRP in the obervation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P 〈0.05). The positive rate of Cys-C, serum β2-MG and hs-CRP combined diagnosis of hypertension patients with early renal damage was 95.87%, which was higher than those separate detections(P〈0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic accuracy of Cys-C, serum β2-MG and hs-CRP combined diagnosis of hypertension patients with early renal damage were significantly higher than those separate detections(P〈0.05).Conclusion Cys-C, serum β2-MG and blood hs-CRP can be used as biomarkers of early renal damage in hypertensive,and the combined detection of the three indexes has very high clinical value in the diagnosis of early renal damage in hypertensive.
