摘要
论述了VHF+UHF波段DAM的密封防护设计、轻量化设计和电磁屏蔽设计,着重从翅片尺寸、翅片位置、流场方向等方面开展了热仿真优化设计。为开展相关频段高集成高密度DAM的结构设计和热设计提供一定参考。
This paper introduces designs for the VHF and UHF-band DAM,including the sealing and protection design,lightweight design and electromagnetic compatibility design.Emphatically,this study proposes optimization designs of the fin size,the fin position and the direction of the flow field on a simulated thermal condition.The study can provide references for structure and thermal design of high-integrated and high-density DAM in related frequency bands.
