上海市松江区佘山镇常住人口肾功能损伤情况及其相关因素

Analysis on the prevalence of renal impairment and related risk factors among residence from Sheshan Town, Songjiang District, Shanghai

【目的】了解上海地区常住人口的肾功能损伤情况,并分析相关影响因素,为当地肾损伤防治提供参考。【方法】采用整群随机抽样的方法选取松江区佘山镇20~74岁的常住居民,对其开展问卷调查、体格检查及实验室检测,并分析肾功能损伤患病的影响因素。【结果】本次共调查上海地区常住居民5 668名,慢性肾功能损伤患病率为19.51%,多因素logistic回归分析显示女性(OR=4.36,95%CI:3.45-5.50)、高年龄(OR=2.85,95%CI:2.14~3.79)、吸烟史(OR=1.28,95%CI:0.96~1.71)及中心性肥胖(OR=1.42,95%CI:1.19~1.69)是肾功能损伤发病的独立相关因素。【结论】上海地区常住居民的肾功能损伤患病率较高,应进一步关注高危人群,加强完善人群肾损伤疾病的防治。

[Objective]In order to ascertain the situation of renal impairment among permanent residents in Shanghai and analyze the related risk factors,providing the reference to the prevention and treatment of renal impairment. [Methods]A randomized cluster sampling method was used to recruit the residents aged20-74 in Sheshan Town,Songjiang District. Questionnaire interview,physical examination and laboratory test were conducted, and the influencing factors of renal injury analyzed. [Results] A total of 6 831 residents were surveyed in Shanghai. The prevalence of chronic renal impairment was 19. 51%. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that male（ OR = 4. 36,95% CI： 3. 45-5. 50）,older population（ OR = 2. 85,95% CI： 2. 14-3. 79）,history of tobacco use（ OR = 1. 28,95% CI： 0. 96-1. 71） and central obesity（ OR = 1. 42,95% CI： 1. 19-1. 69） were the independent risk factors of renal impairment.[Conclusion]The prevalence of renal impairment is relatively high among Shanghai permanent residents,so we should further strengthen the prevention and treatment of renal impairment in the population,focusing on high-risk groups in particular.
