摘要
目的探讨糖尿病大鼠正畸牙移动过程中骨代谢变化情况,包括基质金属蛋白酶、血糖、BGP和ICTP等影响。方法在实验设计上,此次采用酶联免疫的方法,检测大鼠牙槽骨中ICTP的浓度水平,并结合部分关键生化指标及其测定结果,进一步观察BGP水平,即用来反应骨代谢变化的骨钙素。结果在3 d和7、14 d,两组大鼠正畸牙移动距离差异无统计意义(P>0.05),21 d后,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。ICTP指标水平比较情况,在3、7、14 d,组间差异有统计意义(P<0.05);21 d后,差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病组大鼠在胰岛素控制下,正畸牙移动的治疗效果要显著。与此同时,糖尿病大鼠正畸牙移动过程中,40只糖尿病大鼠骨质疏松倾向比较严重,故对其正畸治疗中,建议慎重。
Objective To study diabetic rats during orthodontic tooth movement of bone metabolism changes, including matrix metalloproteinases, blood glucose, BGP and ICTP effect. Methods In the experimental design, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the concentration of ICTP in alveolar bone of rats. Combined with some key biochemical indicators and their determination results, we further observed the level of BGP, namely osteocalcin, which was used to reflect the change of bone metabolism. Results There was no significant difference in the distance between the two groups of orthodontic teeth in the 3 and 7 days and 14 days(P〈0.05), and the difference was significant(P〉0.05) after 21 days.The comparison of ICTP indexes was significant in 3, 7 and 14 days(P〈0.05), and there was no significant difference(P〉0.05) after 21 days. Conclusion The effect of orthodontic tooth movement is significant in diabetic rats under the control of insulin. Meanwhile, in the process of orthodontic tooth movement in diabetic rats, the osteoporosis tendency of 40 diabetic rats is more serious, so we should be cautious in orthodontic treatment.
