摘要
高校实验技术队伍是师资队伍的重要组成部分,对实验教学、科学研究及人才培养有重要的意义。通过分析双一流背景下高校实验室队伍新要求,梳理实验技术队伍年龄、学历和职称结构不合理,重视程度不够,定位不合理,晋升通道不畅,薪酬待遇偏低,准入标准不严格,激励考核措施不完善,缺乏高素质人才等存在的问题和建设的紧迫性,提出双一流背景下加强高校实验队伍建设的一系列措施,重视顶层设计,科学设置岗位;引育并举,提升人员素质;完善激励机制,拓宽职业发展渠道;加强管理,构建合理的准入准出和考核评价机制几方面。为打造高水平高素质实验技术队伍提供了思路。
The experimental technical team in university and colleges is an important part of the teaching staff,and has great significance for experimental teaching,scientific research and talent cultivation. Based on the analysis of new requirements,existing problems and urgency of experimental technical team construction under the background of "double first class",a series of measures to strengthen the construction of experimental technical team are proposed,including paying attention to the top-level design and scientific post setting; cultivating and introducing talents simultaneously to improve the personnel quality; perfecting the incentive mechanism and expanding the occupation development channel; constructing a reasonable access, assessment and evaluation mechanism to strengthen management. A way to create a high level and high-quality experimental technical team is provided.
