溃疡性结肠炎的治疗效果

Treatment effect of ulcerative colitis

目的:探讨溃疡性结肠炎的治疗效果。方法:收治溃疡性结肠炎患者100例,给予综合性疗法,包括注意休息、调节饮食、肠外营养支持、纠正水和电解质紊乱、解除精神因素及药物对症治疗等。结果:治疗总有效率97%。结论:溃疡性结肠炎的发病机制复杂,临床以综合性疗法为主。

Objective：To explore the treatment effect of ulcerative colitis.Methods：100 patients with ulcerative colitis were selected.The main methods for clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis were comprehensive therapy,including taking a rest,regulating diet,parenteral nutrition support,correction of water and electrolyte disorders,the release of mental factors and drug therapy.Results：The total effect was 97%.Conclusion：The pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis was complex,and comprehensive therapy was the most important.
