摘要 随着油气田的开发,油田采出液中的含水越来越高,集输能耗上升。油气水三相混输管道压降计算是油气田集输的重要组成部分,正确合理的压降计算对油气田生产、矿场集输有着重要的意义。本文介绍了杜可勒Ⅰ压降计算模型的相关理论知识,运用测试数据进行了计算,对计算压降和实测压降结果进行对比。分析了用Dukler Ⅰ法计算时含水率、产液量、生产水油比、管径等对计算结算的影响。 With the development of oil and gas field, the water cut in the production fluid of the oil field is getting higher and the energy consumption of the gathering and transportation is rising. The calculation of pressure drop in oil-gas-water threephase mixed pipeline is an important part of oil and gas field gathering and transportation, which is of significance for oil and gas field production and field gathering and transportation. The relevant theoretical knowledge of Dukler Ⅰ pressure drop calculation model is introduced in this paper, the measured data are calculated and the results of pressure drop and measured pressure drop are compared.The influences of water content, liquid yield, production water to oil ratio and pipe diameter on the calculation of settlement results was analyzed by Dukler Ⅰ method.
