With the help of computer technology, the English test adopts the system of the whole eligital process, which improves the efficiency and impartiality of the examination. This paper, starting from the func- tional requirements of English exam answer system, gives the system design ideas and design principles, and also gives the hardware network architecture, system module design, character design, software working process and the UI interface design, database design in detail.
