摘要
首次采用顶空固相微萃取技术结合气相色谱-质谱联用法对山药挥发油化学成分进行分离鉴定,并采用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各种化合物的相对含量。从测定数据中共分离出76个峰,确认了73种化合物,所鉴定的组分占挥发油总量的100%,主要包括烯烃类、烷烃类、芳香类、杂环类等化合物,主要化学成分为-姜黄烯(28.46%)、-法呢烯(9.08%)、-倍半水芹烯(5.66%)、-没药烯(5.70%)等。实验结果为山药挥发油的进一步研究及开发利用提供科学依据。
The chemical constituents of volatile oil from chinese yam were isolated and identified by headspace solid phase microextraction and gas chromatography mass spectrometry.The relative content of each compound was calculated by area normalization method.A total of 76 peaks were isolated and 73 compounds were identified.The identified components accounted for 100% of the total amount of volatile oil, mainly including olefins, alkanes, aromatic, heterocyclic and other compounds.The main chemical constituents were α-gingerene (28.46%), β-farnesene (9.08%), β-sesquio (5.66%), β-myrone (5.70%) and so on.The study provide scientific basis for further research and development and utilization of volatile oil from yam.
