每一座城市都有其独特的地理特征和人文风貌。山水是重庆的外貌形象和性格内涵，自然山水与人文山水交相辉映，水乳交融，共同构成了重庆山水美学。重庆城市美学的典型特征是山水美学，山水城市是最适合重庆的城市特质。重庆建构山水城市不仅要体现在城市的发展理念中，而且也要贯穿到广裹的乡村地区振兴中。在当前社会主义生态文明建设深入推进的要求下，重庆要充分利用自身山水资源优势，积极探索构建山水城市，加快建设山青水秀美丽之地，谱写美丽中国的重庆篇章。

The landscape is the appearance image and characteristic connotation of Chongqing,the natural landscape and the human landscape complement each other and blend together ,which together form the landscape aesthetics of Chongqing. The typical characteristics of urban aesthetic of Chongqing is the landscape aesthetic, landscape city is the most suitable city characteristic of Chongqing. The construction of Chongqing landscape city should not only be reflected in the concept of urban development but also be run through the revitalization of the vast rural areas. Under the request of the further development of socialist ecological civilization, Chongqing should make full use of its own advantages in landscape resources,ac- tively explore the construction of landscape city, accelerate the construction of beautiful land with beautiful mountains and rivers and compose the Chongqing chapter of beautiful China.
