摘要
采用氧化石墨烯作为抗静电剂开发了一种水性聚氨酯抗静电外涂涂料。扫描电镜分析表明,抗静电剂在基料中分散均匀。检测结果表明,这种涂料的涂层在具有良好物理性能的同时,还具备很好的耐候、耐老化、耐腐蚀性能,同时,抗静电性能能够满足使用需要。
A kind of waterborne polyurethane antistatic coating was developed by using graphene oxide as an antistatic agent. SEM analysis showed that the antistatic agent was dispersed evenly in the base material. The test results show that the coating has good physical properties and good weather resistance,aging resistance and corrosion resistance. At the same time,the antistatic property can meet the need of use.
