用班主任角色助力临床医学本科教改班学习——以“医学免疫学”为例 被引量:3

摘要 临床医学教改班是我国追赶国际医学教育的步伐,建立起具有中国特色,与国际医学教育实质等效的医学专业认证制度必需的一项有挑战的医学教育改革。利用班主任角色,把学习辅导融入班主任工作。结合教改班教改课程设计要求,建立强有力的教改教学团队;开展因材/才施教的教学训练;依托教改,拓展教学成果,培养更多卓越医学生的同时,积极帮助后进生进步。连续4年的学习辅导工作对临床医学本科教改班学习起到了良好的促进作用。 Clinical medical education reform class is a challenging medical education reform based on the requirements for pursuit in progress of international medical education in china. It is helpful to establishing a medical professional accreditation system with Chinese characteristics, which is substantially equivalent to international medical education. Making use of the role of the class teacher and strengthening learning guidance. We establish a strong and professional teaching team based on the requirements of curriculum reform, teaching students in accordance with aptitude; Relying on educational reform, training more outstanding medical students, and actively helping underachievers to make progress. 4 years of learning guidance consecutively has played a good role in promoting clinical undergraduate teaching reform by head teacher.
