Research on Four Perspectives of Organizational Learning

摘要 组织与环境之间存在互惠性,因此对组织学习的理解可以从组织与环境的关系入手,从发生、过程、实质及层次四个方面对组织学习进行阐释。组织学习从发生来看,是组织基于环境变迁而进行的调整或重新设计过程;从过程来看,是组织以问题解决为导向而渐次展开的系列行动;从实质来看,是组织作为一个整体获取、创造和传播知识的过程;从层次来看,是一个由反馈学习到变革学习,再到深度学习的不断循环过程。 Organization and environment benefit mutually,therefore the understanding of organizational learning can be interpreted by analyzing the relationship between organization and environment. The meaning of organizational learning can be interpreted in the aspect of occurrence,process,essence and layer. From the perspective of occurrence,organizational learning is a process,which can be adjusted or redesigned based on environmental transition; from the perspective of process,organizational learning is made up of a series of activities,which is gradually conducted by problem-solving oriented organization; from the perspective of essence,organizational learning is a process that can obtain,innovate and spread knowledge; from the perspective of layer,organizational learning is a continuous cycle,which is developed from feedback,innovative to in-depth learning.
