摘要
福建省厦鹭电化有限公司原氯气处理装置存在泡罩塔积液现象,可能造成事故氯管道系统及事故吸收塔本身正压而跑事故氯的危险。因此进行优化设计,将原组合吸收塔变更为两塔工艺,加入ORP装置,用变频控制事故风机,在事故氯气进口总管安装压力变送器。优化后,达到设计目的,保证了事故氯处理装置安全平稳长周期运行。
The chlorine gas treatment equipment operated originally in Fujian Province Xialu Electrochemical Co. , Ltd. has the problem of liquid accumulation inside bubbling tower. The problem may cause the risk that the accidentally released chlorine absorption tower and the related pipes are at positive pressure, leading to chlorine release. Therefore, the design is optimized. The original combined absorber tower is changed into two tower technology. An ORP device is added. The fan for accident treatment is frequency conversion controlled. A pressure transmitter is installed at inlet of main pipe of accidentally released chlorine. The optimizations achieve the design goals, and ensure safe and stable operation of accidentally released chlorine handling device.
