摘要
风对列车运行产生重要影响,日本铁路由于其特殊的地理位置,受风的影响较大,因此对风的研究起步较早,从而形成了比较系统的大风监测技术。介绍JR东日本铁路大风监测技术及大风应对举措的发展情况,详细分析风监测系统集中信息控制系统(CIC)的功能、网络构成、软硬件设备,阐述大风情况下列车运行控制规则的发展及其主要内容,并根据我国铁路现实情况提出借鉴建议,为我国铁路大风监测研究提供参考。
Wind has a significant impact on train operation. Due to its special geographic position where wind plays an important role, Japan Railway has a head start at researching wind and forms a relative systematic monitoring technology of strong wind. The paper introduces JR-East monitoring technology of strong wind and the development situation of countermeasures to strong wind, expounds the functions, network components and software and hardware devices of Centralized Information Control system(CIC), elaborates on the development and main contents of train operation control regulation under the circumstance of strong wind and puts forward suggestions based on the current situation of China railway, which provides references for China's research in this field.
