芎附痛痹汤联合中药穴位敷贴及熏蒸治疗类风湿性关节炎临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Xingfu Tongbi Decoction Combined with Chinese Medicine Acupoint Application and Fumigation in Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的：探究芎附痛痹汤联合中药穴位敷贴及熏蒸治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效。方法：将医院2015年1月_2017年6月收治的108例类风湿性关节炎患者分组进行研究，对照组患者（54例）采取西医常规治疗，观察组患者（54例）则采取芎附痛痹汤联合中药穴位敷贴及熏蒸治疗，对比两组患者疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分及实验室指标变化情况、患者各项临床指标变化（晨僵时间、功能障碍指数、关节疼痛指数、双手平均握力、20m步行时间）、患者健康状况评定量表评分（HAQ）及药物不良反应情况。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率为96．30％，高于对照组83．33％，P〈0．05；治疗前，两组患者中医证候积分、实验室等指标均相当，P〉0．05，治疗后各组患者积分及指标均改善，观察组优于对照组，P〈0．05；治疗前两组患者HAQ量表评分相当，P〉0．05，治疗后观察组患者HAQ评分优于对照组，P〈0．01；观察组患者不良反应率为1．85％，低于对照组12．96％，P〈0．05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：芎附痛痹汤联合中药穴位敷贴及熏蒸治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效佳，患者关节功能改善，健康状况佳，不良反应少，安全性高，值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective ： To explore the curative effect of Xingfu Tongbi Decoction combined with Chinese Medicine acu- point application and fumigation in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods：In the hospital between January 2015 and June 2017, 108 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were divided into control group （54 cases ） which were treated with routine Western medicine and observation group （54 cases） which Xingfu Tongbi Decoction combined with Chinese Medicine acupoint application and fumigation treatment. We compared two groups＇ TCM syndrome integral and lab index changes, changes of clinical indicators （morning stiffness time index, the index of joint pain, dysfunction, hands mean grip strength, and 20 m walk time）, health status rating scale score（HAQ） and adverse drug reactions. Results ：The total effective rate was 96.30% in the observation group and compared with 83.33% in the control group,there was a significance,P 〈 0. 05. Before treatment, both groups＇ TCM syndrome points, laboratory and other indicators of patients were equivalent,P 〉 0. 05. The scores and indexes of patients in each group improved after treatment, and the observation group＇ s were better than those of the control group, P 〈 0. 05. The HAQ scale score was similar in the two groups before treatment, P 〉 0. 05. And the HAQ score in the post - treatment group was better than that in the control group, P 〈 0. 01. The adverse reaction rate was 1.85% in the observation group, which was lower than the control group＇s 12.96% ,P 〈 0. 05 and the difference was statistically significant. Concha^ion：Xingfu Tongbi Decoction combined with Chinese Medicine acupoint application and fumigation has better curative effect on rheumatoid arthritis, and can im- prove the joint function, with less adverse reaction and high safety, worthy of widely application clinically.
