崇义客家梯田生态系统发展现状、存在的问题及对策

Development status, problems and its countermeasures of Chongyi Hakka terrace ecosystem

为了更好的开发和利用崇义客家梯田生态系统,通过实地走访、调研和收集文献资料,综合分析研究了崇义客家梯田生态系统的发展现状、存在的问题,为制定合理的对策措施来保护梯田生态系统提供依据。结果表明:崇义客家梯田生态系统通过长期的发展形成了自身独特的景观,具有较好的景观和文化传承功能。崇义客家梯田生态系统目前面临的主要问题有梯田撂荒、生物多样性和传统农业非物质文化遗产减少。综合来看,对崇义客家梯田生态系统实施耕种补贴并加强开发,完善生态与文化保护补偿机制,建立传统农业文化保护区,将对保护崇义客家梯田生态系统和促进其发展具有重要的现实意义。

In order to develop and make better use of Chongyi Hakka terrace ecosystem, with the methods of field visits, researches and collection of literatures, this paper studied development status, problems and its countermeasures of Chongyi Hakka terrace ecosystem comprehensively. The results show that being formed its own unique landscape with a long-term development, Congyi Hakka terrace ecosystem has a good landscape and culture function. The main problems which Chongyi Hakka terrace ecosystem faces now are abandoned, biological diversity and traditional agricultural intangible cultural heritage reducing. In short, we should implement terrace farming subsidies, strengthen the development of terraced fields, perfect the compensation mechanism of ecological and cultural protection, and establish the agricultural heritage area, which may have an important practical significance to promote the development and protection of Chongyi Hakka terrace.
