摘要
电动潜油螺杆泵在稠油油井举升过程中不易出现杆管偏磨问题,提高了油井生产时效。为进一步提高现有配套工艺的技术适应性和运行效率,给出了一种通过优选关键技术设备和分析螺杆泵特性曲线,优化设计转子负载扭矩、系统效率等工艺运行参数的方法,并形成了能够适应原油黏度大于10 000 m Pa·s的特稠油井生产需要的电动潜油螺杆泵举升工艺配套技术。大港油田的现场应用结果表明,该技术能够为特稠油井实现高效举升提供较好的技术支撑,为同类油井举升工艺的优化配套提供技术借鉴。
The electric submersible screw pump is not easily exposed to rod pipe eccentric wear when used in lifting heavy oil well,which contributes to the increased production efficiency. To further improve the scope of application and operating efficiency of existing process technologies,this paper provides a method to optimize the design of process operating parameters such as rotor load torque and system efficiency by optimizing key technical equipment and analyzing the characteristic curve of screw pump. And the formation of the electric submersible screw pump matching technology that can adapt to the production of the oil well with a viscosity greater than 10 000 m PA · s has been studied. The Dagang oilfield application results show that this technique can provide better technical support for the high efficiency lifting process in the heavy oil wells and provide reference for the optimization of similar oil wells.
