药品监管制度与药品合理分类在提升医院西药房管理中的运用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Drug Regulation and Rational Drug Classification in the Promotion of the Management of Hospital Pharmacy in the Hospital

目的分析药品监管制度与药品合理分类在提升医院西药房管理中的运用效果观察。方法对我院药房进行管理,观察药品进行分离后与改善药品监督制度药房差错率与满意度。结果实施前非常满意是4623例,占46.23%,比较满意3323例,占33.23%,满意1353例,占13.53%,不满意701例,占7.01%,总满意率是9299例,占92.99%,实施后非常满意是4421例,占44.21%,比较满意3245例,占32.45%,满意1243例,占12.43%,不满意1091例,占10.91%,总满意率是8909例,占89.09%差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);改进前差错率842例,占8.24%,改进后差错234例,占2.34%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予医院药房管理进行药品合理分类与改善监督制度,可以显著下降西药管理差错率,而且提高患者满意度,值得在临床上进行推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of drug supervision system and rational drug classification in the promotion of hospital pharmacy management.Methods The pharmacy of our hospital was managed to observe the error rate and satisfaction degree of drug dispensary after the separation of drugs and the improvement of drug supervision system.Results Is satisfactory before the implementation of 4623 cases,accounting for 46.23%,compared with 3323 cases,accounting for 33.23%,with 1353 cases,accounting for 13.53%,not satisfied with 701 cases,accounting for 7.01%,the total satisfaction rate is 9299 cases,accounting for 92.99%,after the implementation is very satisfied with 4421 cases,accounting for 44.21%,compared with 3245 cases,accounting for 32.45%.Satisfactory in 1243 cases,accounting for 12.43%,not satisfied with 1091 cases,accounting for 10.91%,the total satisfaction rate is 8909 cases,accounting for 89.09% of the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;improved error rate of 842 cases,accounting for 8.24%,improved error in 234 cases,accounting for 2.34%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Giving the hospital pharmacy management reasonable classification and improvement supervision system,can significantly reduce the management error rate of Western medicine,and improve patient satisfaction,it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
