摘要
糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)在我国的发病率呈逐年递增趋势,并趋于发病人群年轻化,特别是与代谢障碍和肥胖相关的2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)。糖尿病性骨质疏松(diabetic osteoporosis,DOP)的发病机制仍不清楚,治疗上也主要是对症的抗骨质疏松,无法进行早监测、早发现及早干预。研究发现过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(peroxisome proliferators-activated receptors,PPARs)在糖尿病大鼠骨髓中有着差异表达,PPARα的表达程度与DOP有着密不可分的联系,其机制可能与氧化应激、胰岛素抵抗(IR)或者PI3K/Akt及NF-k B等信号通路的相关。本文拟就PPARα对T2DM患者骨代谢的研究进展进行综述。
In China,the incidence of diabetes mellitus(DM) is increasing each year,with a trend of incident age getting younger,especially type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM) which is related to metabolic disorders and obesity. Diabetic osteoporosis(DOP) has been the concern of scholars,but its pathogenesis is still unclear. Anti-osteoporosis treatment is the main treatment method,while early monitoring,early detection and early intervention cannot be achieved for the time being. Studies have found that PPAR alpha has differential expression in the bone marrow of diabetic rats,the expression level of PPAR alpha and DOP are inextricably linked,and the mechanism may be related to oxidative stress,insulin resistance(IR) or PI3 K/Akt and NF-kB signaling pathways. This article aimed to review the progress of research on PPAR alpha and bone metabolism in T2 DM patients.
