摘要 伴随中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我国消费市场进入新消费时代,消费规模不断扩大,消费结构持续优化,商品和服务供给水平不断提升,商贸流通领域加快创新,居民收入水平和消费能力稳步提高,在满足人民美好生活需求方面发挥了重要作用,但也仍然存在着高质量商品和服务供给不足、消费吸引力和集聚力不够、商业新业态新模式发展受限、收入分配对扩大消费形成制约等一些问题和瓶颈,使得消费在进一步创造需求、引领需求方面的作用受限。应用马克思消费核心思想,在新时代进一步发挥消费和生产、分配、交换的相互作用,加快发展新消费新零售,切实推进供给侧改革,提升居民消费能力和消费意愿,推动实现更高层次的供需动态平衡,就显得尤为必要。 Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, so does Chinese consumption market. The need for a better life has been satisfied, since the consumption scale, income level and supply of goods and service were continuously increased, and the structure of consumption and commercial circulation field were continuously improved. However, there are still many problems,such as insufficient supply of high-quality goods and services, insufficient attraction and agglomeration of consumption, limited development of new business patterns and new models in business, and restrictions on income distribution to expand consumption. As a result, the role of consumption in further creating demand and leading demand is limited. In the new era, the application of Marx's core consumption thought is particularly necessary for the following aspects, to further stimulate the interaction between consumption and production, distribution and exchange, to accelerate the development of new consumer and new retail, to effectively promote supplyside changes, to enhance residents' spending power and consumer willingness, and to promote the realization of high-level supply and demand dynamic balance.
