摘要
目的了解2016年云南省边境地区健康儿童肠道病毒(enterovirus,EV)带毒情况及病毒型别,为今后预防和控制EV提供实验室基础。方法于2016年采集云南省10个边境县(市)<15岁健康儿童粪便标本500份(均为单份便),进行病毒分离和基因测序定型。结果 500份便标本中共检测到EV 41株(带毒率为8.20%,41/500)。41株EV中,EV-A病毒3株(阳性率0.60%,3/500);EV-B病毒35株(阳性率7.00%,35/500),其中新型病毒EV-B73 1株(阳性率0.20%),EV-B80 1株(阳性率0.20%);EV-C病毒3株(阳性率0.60%),EV-C病毒中脊髓灰质炎(简称脊灰)病毒(poliovirus,PV)1株(阳性率0.20%),为疫苗株,未发现脊灰野病毒,EV-C99病毒1株(阳性率0.20%)。结论 2016年云南省边境地区健康儿童粪便标本EV病毒检测结果以EV-B组病毒为主,并分离到新型病毒EV-B73、EV-B80和EV-C99各1株。云南省维持无脊髓灰质炎状态良好。对E-30和E-3病毒的基因进化特征分析表明这两种病毒具有基因多样性特点。
Objective To investigate the enterovirus carrying status and virus serotypes among healthy children under 15 years old in the border areas of Yunnan province in 2016. Methods Stool specimens were collected from healthy children of 10 counties in the border areas of Yunnan province.Virus isolation was conducted from all samples and positive samples were submitted for VP1 sequencing. Results A total of 500 stool samples were collected and among them,41 strains of enteroviruses(EVs)were detected with an isolation rate of8.20%,of which,3 strains belonged to enterovirus A species(EV-A),35(7.00%)were grouped into enterovirus B species(EV-B)including one EV-B73 and one EV-B80,3 strains were categorized as enterovirus C species(EV-C),1 strain was poliovirus vaccine strain while no wild poliovirus was detected,1 strain was EVC99. Conclusions During 2016,EV-B are the predominant enteroviruses and 3 newer enteroviruses EVB73,80 and EV-C99 were also isolated.Polio-free status in Yunnan province is well maintained.The phylogenetical analysis showed diverse genetic characteristics of E-30 and E-3 viruses in Yunnan province of China.
