摘要 教师资格认定与国家统一考试制度是衔接教师职前培养和职后发展的重要环节,也是教师质量保障的重要环节。基于国际教师资格认定改革形成的国家统一考试制度具有育人导向、实践导向、能力导向和专业化导向,是教师专业门槛准入的基本条件。然而,在制度实施的过程中,教师资格与国家统一考试制度也面临着来自内部结构合理性与外部系统衔接性的质疑。分析这两个问题,对今后我国教师资格与国家统一考试制度的完善具有重要意义。 As an important connection between teachers' pre-service training and post-service development,the teacher qualification and the national unified examination system are the important links to guarantee teacher quality. Based on the reform of the international teachers' qualification,the national-unified examination system is education-orientated,practice-orientated,ability-orientated,and profession-orientated,and it is the basic condition for having access to teacher profession. However,in the process of implementing the system,the teacher qualification and the national unified examination system also encounter problems from the rationality of internal structure and the cohesion of external system. The analysis of the two problems is of great significance to improve teachers' qualification and national unified examination system in China.
